As part of the Premier Service, Adams Estates Reading offers specific guarantees. If a tenant introduced by Adams Estates Reading breaches the tenancy agreement, as detailed in our terms and conditions, and the following conditions apply: the tenant defaults on the agreement, leading to the issues outlined; Adams Estates Reading did not perform the enhanced applicant assessment and tenancy management services as promised; and had these services been carried out, the tenancy agreement would not have been entered into, preventing the breach and any resulting loss for the landlord, then in such cases, Adams Estates Reading, at its sole discretion, may choose (but is not obligated) to compensate the landlord by addressing the default as described.
